Block Brewing Company is seeking a qualified, experienced general manager to work in high volume, high quality brewery/restaurant.
Block Brewing Company will be opening in Howell, Michigan in the Fall 2014. GM must be highly motivated, energetic, responsible and have strong leadership skills. Responsibilities will include overseeing all operations of the restaurant/brewery, monitoring staff performance, recruiting and training new staff before brewery opening, resolving complaints, building morale, organizing special events, and promoting team work with all staff members. GM will be accountable for cash flow, including labor and all restaurant costs. General Manager must be willing to work long hours and craft beer knowledge is required!
