Travel Required:
The Resource Development Intern will not be required to travel outside of the St. Louis area.

Purpose/Role: The Intern will learn about the S2Tech and the Resource Development Department while providing assistance to the full time Resource Development (RD) staff. The RD staff will strive to include multiple opportunities for the Intern to experience a broad number of projects to enable them to assess their continued interest in pursuing the field of Human Resource as a career choice.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assist the Resource Management staff with all aspects of day to day operations.
Arrange and communicate training logistics, including creation and distribution of training materials.
Assist HR/ Training Specialist with scheduling and conducting testing.
Follow-up with course participants to ensure that testing and certifications are completed in a timely manner and recorded.
Assist HR/Training specialist with creating and mailing course certificates.
Assist HR/ Training Specialist with Social Media projects.
Assist HR/Training Specialist with producing and publishing Did you Know newsletter.
Assist the Resource Development staff with WIG projects, including seasonal projects.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
