Express Specialized Recruiting Group is looking for an experienced Drafter for a MS Gulf Coast business.
Drafter will perform detailed phases of shop drawing preparation for low to mid-rise projects ranging from 3 to 9 stories. The candidate must be fully competent in aspects of carpentry and be capable of planning and conducting tasks requiring independent judgment of criteria in construction documents. Responsibilities:
Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software for creating installation and fabrication drawings for cold formed steel load bearing wall panels.
Coordinate any ongoing project revisions and addendums as required.
Maintain ongoing custom CAD libraries and standards.
Communicate effectively with team, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD or VertexBD.
Visual Lisp and/or programming experience beneficial.
Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting Architectural and Structural Design Documents.
Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and carpentry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and dedicated to quality work.
Degree in Architecture/Engineering technology, Building Construction or prior experience in detailing required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
