#### What You Will Be Doing
1. Supervise Die Shop associates and SMARTSCOPE Operator
2. Act as a change agent to distance us from our competition relative to the following:
3. Back-up Extrusion Team Leader in his/her absence.
4. Structure Die Shop activities to support immediate response to customer needs.
5. Continue the development of programs and projects that systematically improve performance measures.
6. Procure new and replacement tooling using data gathered from the Die Tracking System, SPC Software and SMARTSCOPE to improve next copy performance.
7. Maintain and procure all consumable Extrusion tooling
8. Systematically evaluate Die Vendor Performance on new cross sections and replacement tooling.
#### What You Need for this Position
Three plus years experience in Die Design
Five plus years experience working in Extrusion Operations.
Significant amount of said experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
A degree in a field such as engineering, quality engineering or other related area is a huge plus.
