Casino Pit Manager

Your daily responsibilities include:
Prepare weekly Dealer Schedules, based on business demands.
Safeguard company assets located in the work area.
Enforce rules and regulations of the casino for pit games.
Respond to guest disputes arising in pit games.
Oversee pit games in progress, guest and team members in assigned area.
Direct assignment of pit personnel.
Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits.
Issue playing cards and dice and review them for irregularities at the beginning of the shift.
Assume duties of the Shift Manager in his absence, assigned.
Adhere to Title 31 Gaming Regulations as applicable to the Casino Department.
Notify Shift Manager of any irregularities noted in guest play and transactions during shift.
Play an active role in training and development of Gaming personnel.
Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests.
Perform related work as requested.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Experience: _ _5 years of Casino Gaming with a minimum of 3 years Table Games Supervisory
EDUCATION _: _Bachelor''s Degree in related field or equivalent.
SKILLS: _ _Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform basic and intermediate math. Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner. Full knowledge and understanding of all company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Knowledge of casino games and operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Knowledge of Table Manager (Ratings) system. Knowledge of ATI Pit Boss (Fills & Credit)._ _
