Your daily responsibilities include:
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: _Duties include, but are not limited to the following:_
Present self in a professional manner at all times.
Ensure proper service and atmosphere for the guest.
Acts as host in greeting and seating guests.
Handle guest complaints.
Administer all disciplinary action.
Responsible for all administrative duties including payroll, forecasting, scheduling, vacation, days off, bid posting, early outs, etc.
Knowledge of the functions of other departments as they relate to the operation of the restaurant, and interaction when necessary to coordinate activities or correct problems.
Supervise, train, plan, and direct all Restaurant personnel.
Ensure that all rules, regulations and procedures are complied with by team members under their supervision.
Document incidents and events involving guests or team members accurately and in detail.
Assign stations and record attendance.
Inspect staff to ensure uniforms meet cleanliness, identification standards.
Assist management in other matters as requested.
Order supplies to ensure proper par levels.
Ensures a safe working environment for team members.
Must provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
Performs related work as requested.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Experience: _ _3-4 years restaurant experience with some supervisory.
EDUCATION _: _High School Diploma or GED.
SKILLS: _ _Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform basic and intermediate math. Effective organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments. Skill in maintaining records and reports. Full knowledge and understanding of company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. MMS and Micros experience preferred. _ _
