As our Product Presentation Manager for North America, you'll take care of Jordan's retail environments applying our vision and by integrating product presentation principles with merchandising and brand vision into holistic retail environments. You''ll be responsible for working on the layout and consumer journey working with the cross-functional business partners including the other Marketing functions, Sales, Store Design, Merchandising and the Territories team to align support of visual merchandising and brand initiatives. You''ll participate in new store openings in order to ensure they open successfully, understand and evaluate the store opening process in the area of product presentation, train and develop the new store teams as well as participate in seasonal rollouts in stores to understand how to help the territories with training tools and collaborating with the Design team to address fixtures needs. You''ll manage and build constructive and effective solid relations with the territory teams, set processes and collect feedback, reports, decks and insights on a regular basis, contributing to create consistency and efficiency within the Geo Retail Brand team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the cross functional team representing the Brand voice within the GTM process.
Responsible to check and evaluate layouts and space plans on MPT doors and elevated spaces.
Influencing product assortments for optimal retail executions in specific identified projects.
Participate in the assortment planning tool as it relates to updating the fixtures capacity and bringing the brand POV within the Merchandising Team and goals.
Seek out educational opportunities to increase knowledge of product presentation fundamentals and organization-specific visual standards and478058
Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years in retail visual merchandising and display experience; preferably at corporate vertical retailer
Demonstrated strength in product merchandising, fixture development, display development and integrated marketing programs.
Strong understanding of the consumer and how visual merchandising supports an exceptional customer experience and drives business.
Possess strong communication skills with experience presenting in formal and informal settings.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact, collaborate and influence with both internal and external Business Partners as well as effectively communicate vision and influence execution of strategies.
Self-motivated with organizational skills and ability to interface with a team and manage multiple projects independently.
Pro-active problem solver, ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution.
Ability to travel 30%
