### Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a Technician to support our Professional Scientific Staffing group in Nashville, TN.
### _Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following_ :
###
Sample collection (product, process, or packing materials)
###
Sample login
###
Sample prep work
###
Sample analysis
###
Data upload into the LIMS system
###
Material shipping to off-site manufacturing locations in accordance with UST and DOT procedures
###
Routine instrument calibration and maintenance
###
Work area cleanup
### _The ideal candidate would possess_ :
###
At least one year of experience in a laboratory setting using balances, pipettes, and other instrumentation
###
Strong Computer, scientific, and organizational skills
###
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
###
Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills
###
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
###
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
###
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
###
Basic computer skills, (MS office, LIMS, instrument specific software)
### _Basic Minimum Qualifications_ :
###
High school diploma or equivalent
###
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
### Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Nashville, Tennessee are encouraged to apply.
