#### What You Will Be Doing
Define and document new SON system requirements based on technology development and market requirements
Perform system analysis and design of SON use cases for UMTS, LTE, LTE-Advanced, GSM and proprietary systems with emphasis on intellectual property creation
Work with focused teams and actively contribute to engineering software implementation of SON Modules
Specify and implement simulation models and software prototypes of SON use cases
Characterize behavior of SON Modules in lab and live network environments
Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for further improvement of SON capabilities
Write technical documents and papers specifying technical requirements, solutions and product goals
Author and present customer-facing presentations and written technical materials
Assert and confirm yourself as the key contributor to development of product strategies
#### What You Need for this Position
Experience with radio planning, access planning and dimensioning of voice/data services for 2G/3G/LTE networks
Experience with radio propagation planning and optimization of coverage footprint and services.
Knowledge of RF Planning and Optimization tools, drive test measurement tools, and Service Assurance tools
Knowledge of Code/Frequency planning with planning tools.
Experience with creation and analysis of KPIs and use of performance management tools
Primary author on granted US or foreign patents
Author published in industry publications
Must: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must: Ability to work and communicate with a broad set of team members of varying knowledge base.
