We are seeking Data Entry Clerks to start immediately in our client's Largo location. This is a temporary position that may lead to a permanent position with our client. The main focus for this individual will be order entry/data entry.
Our ideal candidate will be a motivated, energetic individual with a minimum of 2 years data entry expereince. He/she must be well organized, flexible and detail oriented. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with limited training.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years Data Entry experience dealing with customers and accounts, Retail customer service will not be considered.
Job stability is required. Large Gaps in employment will not be considered
Prompt, polite phone etiquette utilizing company greeting, processing call appropriately
Ability to multi-task with an advanced level of windows navigation while on the phone providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient to Advanced skills in MS Outlook, will be tested
Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm, will be tested
Printing or advertising experience is preferred. Expereince Proofreading is also preferred.
Outstanding attendance is critical
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background and drug screen prior to hire
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am-5:00 pm (Full Time)
and Monday - Friday 6pm-10pm (Part Time)
Overtime May be Required
Pay: $10.00-$11/hour per hour
