Implementation Manager/Project Manager

The Implementation Manager is involved in the business as usual of getting our work done: managing product content requests, creative projects, generating reports, problem solving via processes and systems, and interacting with our internal partners. PLUS, you will be involved with enterprise-wide initiatives as our content/images SME, helping to drive us into a more technologically advanced future. We will also expect you to be knee-deep in our culture of continuous improvement. You'll work on a highly-collaborative, passionate team, and have at least one direct report. Expectations are high, but so are the rewards.
What you'll do:
Manage content team throughput, and run daily, weekly and monthly standardized reports
Facilitate communication between people and teams, and work well with others
Independently create robust plans, manage projects and keep them on time
Manage image and content production processes, utilizing internal and outside creative partners
Audit processes and independently suggest/implement process improvements; support continuous improvement
Participate in production planning (and be organized and keep others organized)
Work collaboratively with our IT partners on relevant technology projects
Successfully mentor direct report(s)
Be a rock star-level problem solver
Required Skills:
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
8
years of related creative, communications or marketing project management experience.
People and project supervision experience.
Expert skills in Excel, Word, and other business software. CMS experience gets extra points.
Comfort level (and background) in current and emerging creative and retail technology.
Proven ability to perform in a very fast-paced, high-demand environment, stay organized and follow through.
Ability to make independent decisions and clearly and confidently communicate direction to others.
Experience working with creative and IT projects a definite plus.
