Understand all GD&T; symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming.
Create the Offline CNC programs using NX7.5 for Aero engine and Structural components
Programming using CATIA V5 CNC
Knowledge of Team center functions
Component prove out on Machining, Turning and Turn mill centers
Readout CNC codes including probing cycles for program creation
Simulation using Vericut software and beginner level knowledge on Machine and Control building in Vericut
Strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering
generate 3D models using NX

4 to 8 Years of CNC machining Experience
Willing to travel to the Customer site, as required
Have the flexibility to work in shifts.
Ability to work as part of a team

Industrial regulation.
Computer /SW skills to be used:
MS Office tools : MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Project.
3D and CNC Software : UG NX 7.5, CATIA V5 R20 and above,

To update or modify the existing programs to the new requirement.

Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations
