Summary: Provide yard security, communicate equipment readiness to dispatch. Process driver vehicle inspections and document physical damage and provide fleet management support to include fleet vendor audits. Maintain up to date permits, licenses and registrations on vehicles.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
General knowledge of trucking industry.
CDL preferred however ability to drive tractor on yard.
Above average organizational skills.
Light maintenance
Must be detail oriented and self motivated team player
Basic understanding and operation of Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook

Responsibilities:
Trailer Maintenance
Vacuum and clean tractor fleet.
Document any new physical damage
Re-sanitize outdated trailers and assigned by dispatch.
Check tire pressure with air gauge and inflate to 100psi if necessary.
Replace mud flaps and replace document holders/caps as needed.
Tanker parts inventories are audited and inventoried
Tanker tires are inventoried and secured
Tanker Inspections
Process equipment post-trip write-ups and coordinate repairs if necessary.
Insure that all Federal and Department of Agricultural Inspections are completed and current on all tankers.
Fleet Management
Complete and distribute monthly Dept. of Agriculture permit updates.
Update Fleetwise with Ag information and insure all Ags are current
Update Fleetwise with new trailer and tanker information.
Manage the Fleetwise Repair Order (RO) with Maintenance vendors.
Coordinate PMs specific to assigned tanker domiciles and work with vendor to complete
Audit fleet wash process.
Ensure insurance cards and registrations are kept current.
Yard Security
Report any unauthorized personnel to dispatch.
Ensure loaded and empty trailers are in the right location.
Terminal Maintenance
Yard debris/scrap removal
General facilities maintenance
Janitorial Maintenance
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will continuously be required to sit, stand, walk, use hand controls, demonstrate finger dexterity, bend, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and see.
The employee will frequently be required to drive, use foot controls, climb greater than 4ft., balance, and handle.
The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry, push, or pull 50lbs., twist back or neck, reach, and smell.
Must be able to work with chemical cleaning solutions and fuel.
ENVIRNMENT:
Must be able to tolerate outdoor exposure to include extreme heat.
The employee will be occasionally exposed to cold, extreme heat, vibrations, a wet or humid environment, cluttered floor surfaces, slippery floor surfaces, contact with sharp objects, contact with skin irritants, hazardous cleaning solutions, hazardous equipment (mechanical moving parts), and nuisance dust, fumes, and sprays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
