Job duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing a multi-line phone system
Answering inquiries and obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties
Processing accounts payable via an electronic system
Special projects such as filing, office supply maintenance and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative position
High school diploma or equivalent
Stable work history and two previous supervisory references
