Key Responsibilities include: Cleaning residents apartments and public spaces on a weekly or as neeeded basis
Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
Preparing apartments for move-in as assigned
Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
Informing supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
Interacts with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED
Two (2) years of relevant experience in cleaning/housekeeping
Ability to complete tasks in a timely, effective, and efficient manner
Flexibility with schedule including availability to work weekends and some holidays
Must enjoy working with the senior population and a team player
