- Prior knowledge of RAD version 8.6, WAS 8.0 and RTC preferred
- Ability to work independently and identify/drive forward strategic
activities including process improvements, system efficiencies, etc
- AGILE methodology and SCRUM knowledge/experience preferred
- Ability to assist and support team members on the adoption of the above
mentioned tools and processes
