Analyze and understand published standards and specifications that relate to POS terminal solutions such as ISO 8583, SSL, EMVCo, and payment card associations such as MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Interlink and Interac (to name only a few). Understanding of the architecture of the internal Payment systems and processes that directly support POS terminal solutions including, but not limited to, terminal software development, account boarding, terminal management, host transaction processing, terminal certification and related operational processes Certification experience with POS Terminals from different vendors such as Verifone, Ingenico etc Knowledgeable in technology; however, must have the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Visio and Excel Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
