JOB DESRIPTION:
Assists agency leaders of Organization Effectiveness and Change Management (OECM) projects at a mid-management level or supports the project supervisors. Consults with organization leadership to assess current challenges. Assists with the development of strategic plans and initiatives to address organizational priorities. Identifies change initiatives and assists with the development of strategies to mitigate. Assist with designing, planning, leading, and conducting executive level workshops, seminars, training sessions, and pilot projects in the program management of enterprise-wide change efforts. Assists with the development and implementation of requirements for projects from inception to conclusion in the organization effectiveness subject matter area. Provides assistance with analysis, evaluation and recommendation for improvement, optimization, development and/or maintenance efforts for mission critical proficiencies. Consults with leaders to help define organizational clarity or strategic direction. Conducts quantitative and qualitative studies to obtain data, and advise and recommend solutions. Conducts data driven organization development and change management projects. Provides and interprets performance and organizational metrics. Assists with the development and collaboration with communications teams to ensure workforce understanding of OECM projects. Assists with the development and execution of communication strategies for OECM projects. Assists with designing and presenting data in a manner that communicates the themes and challenges. Assists with developing spreadsheets, databases, graphics, and presentation media.

Experience:
12 years minimum experience working in Organizational Development and Change Management or closely related field, with at least 3 years consulting at the senior executive level
Customer-service experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities
Broad experience in subject matter and methods of Organization Development such as: organization assessment, organization design, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership development, group/team dynamics, talent management, employee development and systems change
Facilitation, conflict management, briefing, and public speaking skills and boardroom presence
Desired Skills:
Minimum of 3 years working in Organization Development with Federal Government clients
Experience with DoD and/or IC clients
Demonstrated understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the IC
Project management, planning, and development
Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, presentations, media/graphics, and word processing (MS Office)
Master's Degree, or higher, in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or closely related field
Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or closely related field (additional years relevant experience required to offset a lack of a Bachelor's Degree)
