Job Description
Under the minimum supervision of the Engineering Manager, a Product Engineer I is responsible for developing drawings and bill of materials based on customer specifications.
_Responsibilities include:_
Review technical customer order issues per Valve Automations quotations.
Assign manufacturing and purchased components to complete required bill of material.
Creates and/or oversees applicable drawing requirements including assembly and detailed drawings.
Conduct stress analysis of material and components.
Create pneumatic hydraulic schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
Provide technical engineering support to other departments as needed.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in 3D modeling (Solid Edge) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Computer skills - Word, Excel, Power Point.
