#### What You Will Be Doing
Administers plans and directs Sterilizer functions. (i.e: shipment of sterilized product and associated testing reqs).
Be a strong leader, providing technical guidance as needed for the technical sterilization team.
Oversees equipment and team within the sterilization facility.
Spearhead continuous improvement of facility systems and projects such as maintenance, documentation, validation, and facility design.
Create annual manufacturing unit plans
Create budget for sterilization costing and vendor pricing negotiation.
Coordinate with the various plant organizations across the company.
Staff training and development.

Minimum 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
Sterilization Equipment/Processes/Operations
Planning/Buying
Vendor Management
Budget Management
MRP

Manufacturing Environment Exp.
