Knowledge of merger and transformation operations of organizations :
Secret clearance :
BS degree in Engineering or Architecture Additional
Qualifications:

Experience as a former Army Major or Lieutenant Colonel with Battalion Command or as Division or Brigade staff :
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Project :
MS degree in Engineering or Architecture :
Graduate of the Command and General Staff College Clearance:
