Represent clients in immigration court for deportation and removal hearings and trials. Present evidence to defend clients in immigration court. Argue motions, meet with judges and question witnesses during the course of a trial. Represent clients in Bankruptcy court for Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: JD, MA Admission, 1 year of immigration deportation experience and 1 year of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy experience.
WAGE/SALARY: Competitive
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week: 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
