The Regional Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns for the asset in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, and objectives. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Property Management - responsible for training and development of all personnel assigned. Conducts training, coaching, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
Maintain the Physical Asset - Stay abreast of current policies and guidelines, maintain policy manual as changes are effected, review and monitor policies with all site staff to insure compliance.
Marketing and Leasing - Monitor and implement marketing plans for properties and portfolio.
Responsible for fiscal budgetary and financial compliance - Develop and implement annual property management plan and operating budget.
Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have multi-site affordable property management experience
Supervisory experience
Real Estate license in Nebraska or the ability to obtain license within 6 months of employment
Designations preferred are COS, C3P, and HCCP
Must be willing to travel; overnight travel required
Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
