Due to continual growth we are looking for a Part-Time (20 hours a week) Maintenance Technician Level 2 at three multi-sites in Gering, NE. The properties are: Village at Gering, Dome Rock Manor and Grey Eagle. These Multi-site apartment communities have a total of 114 units and are Tax Credit and HUD properties.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast paced work environment; problem solving excellent communication and customer service skills, and works well with other people.

The Part-Time Maintenance Technician Level 2 is responsible for providing maintenance throughout the community. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Handle resident service requests
Perform preventive maintenance
Painting
Preparing vacant apartments for move in
Janitorial duties
Striving to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times, including picking up trash, cleaning buildings and amenities on an ongoing basis
Weekend hours will be required
Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial:
Carpentry
General Maintenance
Plumbing
HVAC Certification (a plus)
Rotating on-call, vehicle and basic tools required.
