Restaurant Manager needed in the Pine Bluff area!

We started out as a local favorite in the southwest however over the years we have kept growing (and growing) and are now one of the biggest and most beloved names in the restaurant industry. While other companies have had to scale back and close units due to the economy, we've been able to weather the storm and reinvest in our restaurants, from the d cor on the wall to the food on our menu.
We currently have an urgent need for a Restaurant Manager in the Pine Bluff area! We''re seeking someone with an abundance of energy and ability to tackle challenges head-on.

years of current salaried Full Service Restaurant Manager experience
High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
