Summary
The ISD Language Training Developer shall analyze customer requirements, available training methods, and technologies to design and develop the required training materials. Coordinate with the customer to identify the critical knowledge, skills, and abilities needed by personnel working in language analysis workforce roles and technical requirements of the training content. Conduct research, collaborate with operational technical experts and language training developers. Troubleshoot training materials design issues to detect any inconsistencies/defects and ensure design meets customer needs.
Essential Duties and

Design and develop end-product language learning solutions in accordance with the approved design and development strategy;
Work with the lead ISD Language Developer to ensure that the all design/development aspects of the development strategy are met;
Develop or validate, with the Government, the learning and/or performance objectives the development effort will support;
Collaborating with language training developers and other technical experts, design and develop language, language-related, and area studies training materials and accompanying instructor materials as required;
Work in a collaborative environment with a diverse population;
Apply ISD theories and learning principles to the design of course content and instructor user guides;
Provide creative support to instructional development activities for the successful development of training packages and intuitive user interfaces (online or instructor-based);
Determine instructional evaluation and assessment strategies, then apply them to course content development;
Design instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities;
Based on training goals and objectives, determine and recommend the appropriate training and course delivery methods/strategies;
Identify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance course delivery;
Apply industry best practices in adult learning principles and theories.
Languages required: Arabic (MSA), Arabic (Algerian), Arabic (Saudi Gulf), Arabic (Levantine), Arabic (Libyan), Arabic (Moroccan), Arabic (Syrian), Arabic (Egyptian), Arabic (Iraqi), Arabic (Sudanese), Arabic (Yemeni), Azerbaijani, Baluchi, Bosnian, Chinese-Mandarin, English, French, Hebrew, Korean, Kurdish (Sorani), Kurdish (Kurmanji), Pashto (any dialect), Persian Dari, Persian Farsi, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Serbian-Croatian, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog, Tajik, Turkish, Urdu, Uzbek. Required Education:
B.A./B.S. in Language, Area Studies, Education, Educational Technology, International Relations, or ISD;
In lieu of the relevant Bachelor's Degree an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical experience for a total of nine (9) years in the language education or instructional design field may be substituted;
Required Skills and
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years, in ISD, Educational Technology and education and training, involving: (1) A minimum of one (1) year experience in face-to-face classroom ISD and development; and (2) A minimum of one (1) year experience in synchronous and asynchronous electronic classroom ISD and development;
One (1) year of experience typing, using English and appropriate foreign language fonts, keyboards, and computer software;
Native American English capability and ILR Listening 2/Reading 2 or higher foreign language skill; OR speaker with native capability Listening 3/Reading 3 or higher in language required and Listening 2/Reading 2 or higher in English
Preferred Skills and
Experience:
Experience in the following design/development/delivery technologies is desired: (1) Sumtotal Learning/Learning Content Management System; (2) BlackBoard Asynchronous Learning Management Delivery System; (3) Centra Synchronous Learning Management Delivery System; and (4) Question Mark Assessment Development/Delivery System;
SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience as a language analyst, language instructor or intelligence analyst.
Computer Skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
Citizenship: US Citizenship required
Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) and CI polygraphEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
