Responsible for providing technical assistance and analysis in the support of DoD's Biometrics Capability Portfolio Management activities.

Portfolio Management activities include the following:
a) Provide weekly presentations and recommend milestone decisions, funding, common requirements and research & development activities.
b) Identify, establish and maintain components impacting the biometrics enterprise.
c) Establish and maintain a set of biometrics standards essential for DoD mission requirements.
d) Establish and maintain portfolio baseline.
e) Maintain a configuration status accounting record of portfolio configuration items.

Also responsible for providing technical support for the operations and execution of the Biometrics Capability Investment Review Process to provide visibility into the Biometrics enterprise capability portfolio through functional, technical, and financial analysis and reporting to inform biometrics capability acquisition decisions.

Provide support to the DoD's Biometrics Technical Configuration Control Board (CCB) through the provision of analysis and adjudication support to resolve functional and technical issues impacting the authoritative biometrics capability portfolio. Maintain a configuration status accounting record of all configuration items.

Level III: Bachelors and 5 years of experience or Associates and 7 or high school and 11 years Level IV: Masters and 6 or Bachelors and 8 or Associates and 11 or High school and 15Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
