URS has an upcoming opportunity for a mid-level CEMA Program Analyst to support our Army EW engineering Task Order.
This position is contingent upon contract award estimated for end of June 2014 / work to begin early July 2014
General Duties:
Conducts technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
Prepares, reviews and updates program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions/reviews. Reviews current documents and revises or updates the documentation to reflect the current program status, which will support the acquisition process. Provides analysis of the program in terms of Cost, Schedule and Performance.
Assists the program/product manager in developing obligation plans, P&R; Forms, Weapon System Reviews, and Program Objective Memoranda for support to the Army's PPBE process. Attends meetings and conferences to facilitate the maintenance of program documentation. Prepares presentations, briefs presentations.
