### SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to troubleshoot, install, and support store computer systems and electronic equipment so as to maximize store operations and minimize downtime. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
### ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Log, update, and close service calls within the Retail Automated Customer Service (RACS) system.
Maintain a sufficient inventory of replacement and spare parts for adequate service of store and field equipment
Respond to all priority pages within stated Service Level Agreements (SLA), and schedule all other work within stated service levels
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by corporate associates within a geographical area. Problem resolution skill required = Basic.
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance on computer systems and peripherals
Assemble, install and ensure reliability of front-end and pharmacy computer systems and electronic equipment for new, relocated, and acquired store and field office locations
Assist with troubleshooting and installations within other geographical areas as required.
Interact with regional office associates to coordinate the schedule of equipment installation and troubleshooting for store and field locations within the region's geographical area.

This position requires a valid driver's license for business travel.
### PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate is:
Regularly required to do the following activities:
- Use hands to finger, handle, and/or feel; the ability to type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold, grasp or turn with hands, and perceive attributes of objects and materials, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touching with fingertips.
- Lift up to ten (10) pounds and carry a distance of ten (10) feet.
Frequently required to do the following activities:
- Stand dynamically for long periods without a break.
- Walk about.
- Remain seated in a normal position for long periods.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Reach up and out with hands and arms.
- Lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds and carry a distance of five (5) feet.
Occasionally required to do the following activities:
- Talk and hear; verbally express ideas and impart information or instructions.
- Climb stairs and/or ladders.
- Maintain balance while walking, standing, crouching, or running.
- Twist upper torso.
- Lift up to fifty (50) pounds and carry a distance of five (5) feet.
- Push and/or pull more than one hundred (100) pounds a distance of five (5) feet.
Rarely required to do the following activities:
- Stand statically for long periods without a break.
- Lift more than one hundred (100) pounds and carry a distance of five (5) feet.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus one (1) year of experience in computer installation and a minimum of one (1) year of experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
