Responsible for the supervision of all Bakers and ensuring that preparation of all required baked goods is conducted in accordance with company specifications and standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a minimum of two years baking or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
ServSafe certification preferred.
Food Safety training required.
