- Manage day-to-day operation of HR, Payroll
- Assist, advise managers in HR practices, provide guidance on regulations, contract language, policies
- Conduct applicant screenings and new employee orientation
- Manage, maintain and archive manual employee files and payroll records
- Prepare and maintain salary information and oversee job evaluation procedures
- Succession planning and temporary staffing logistic
- Interpret, administer and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and policies, regulatory concerns and mandated reports
- Educate and interpret company policies, procedures, culture and goals to employees
- Review employee complaints and issues; coordinate timely and effective resolution and documentation
- Administer, explain benefits to employees serving as liaison between insurance carriers and employees (enrollment, invoicing, eligibility issues)
- Oversee annual benefit renewals and mandated reports
- Work with managers in addressing and documenting employee performance issues and infractions, administer appropriate corrective action
- Conduct employee warnings, counseling, terminations and exit interviews
- Facilitate treatment, documentation and reporting of work related injuries
- Full cycle recruitment (ad postings, screening, interviewing and making job offer)
- Lead performance management and improvement programs
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports as requested by Controller and CEOEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
