We are currently engaged with a client seeking a Senior Informatica Developer on a consulting to full time, direct hire basis. In this role, the Developer will:
Develop, test, document and implement new projects while supporting existing.
Perform data analysis including data profiling.
Troubleshoot, develop fixes and implement resolutions for issues identified by users.
Informatica mappings and workflow development.
Per business requirements, rollout enhancements while maintaining system uptime.
Gather end user requirements.
Work closely with BI team on development and data model design for end to end solutions.
Performance tuning and monitoring of all processes, jobs and extractions.
Lead efforts by working closely with project management team.
The appropriate individual will have the following
Experience:
Requirements definition/analysis, design, development and testing of Data Warehouse ETL solutions.
Ability to work independently and lead/deliver projects through full lifecycle.
Informatica ETL Development utilizing version 8 or 9.
Ability to develop using RDMS, Flat files, XML, etc.
SQL Development.
Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and design.
Understanding of snowflake & star schemas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
