Provides administrative support to the Marketing department and performs ad-hoc projects as needed.
1. Supports Marketing department projects
2. Assists with Marketing requirements for new item/artwork projects
3. Assists with routing artwork proofs to internal and external groups
4. Sends packages for the marketing department.
5. Assists with maintaining inventory of marketing brochures, signage, and tags
Possible ad-hoc projects include:
1. Organization and maintenance of digital archive drive
2. Organization and maintenance of digital image library
3. Annual picnic support
4. Support for National Sales Meeting
5. Processing/organizing product data based on defined conventions
Successful candidates will have:
1. Must currently be enrolled in college or university.
2. Experience in project management is preferred.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
