Job Summary
The Talent Associate is a member of the Corporate Recruiting team and is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved by development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing and implementing new and creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Associate will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Essential Responsibilities
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Manage job postings on the TalentFront website, Linkedin, and Bullhorn Reach and other sites as needed.
Responsible for sourcing new candidates, utilizing all resources available including social media sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Maintain candidate relationships for future opportunities.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Experience:
3 to 4 years of experience in a managing the full life cycle from requisition to offer
Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Familiarity in using social media (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn) for recruiting
MS Office Suite proficiency
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Participate and work in a small team environment and work independently with limited direction at times
Process oriented
An understanding of employment laws and guidelinesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
