The purpose of this job is to develop and facilitate dynamic, high quality classroom and web-based training. This position will also develop creative classroom activities using various techniques to enhance the associate's educational experience and reinforce major course objectives, maintain training documentation on the LMS, compile reports on training statistics as requested, and participate in the administration and development of compliance training due to regulatory requirements. This position will also work with the management team and associates in their area of responsibility to understand training/development needs.
Facilitate high quality training programs and solutions by utilizing varying training method techniques.
Stay updated on any changes in policies, procedures, and regulations. Also must ensure all manuals are updated.
Work with management team and associates as well as participate in other assigned projects to ensure all training needs are met.
Provide input on training design and use of learning technology; stay current on updates needed; and maintain vendor oversight.
Design and administer training and technical resources such as CBTs, WebEx's, Video conferencing, presentations, and Facilitator guides. This may include working with department managers and trainers for assistance in developing, designing, and implementing these resources.
Create and compile training reports, performing roster management, session scheduling, etc. using the LMS system. Troubleshoot problems within the LMS and other leaning technology systems.
Knowledge and application of adult learning theory and instructional design
Knowledge of LMS, E-Learning, or virtual classroom training
Knowledge of presentation and facilitation process
Must be able to successfully facilitate a minimum of 4-6 courses
Must be able to adapt training curriculum based on associates' needs
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently and within a team setting
Flexible enough to thrive in a continually changing environment
Possess creativity and the ability to think outside the box
Ability to facilitate training using multiple delivery methods
Must be able to travel to offices/branches within area of responsibility
Able to use HTML Design
Must be able to demonstrate example of design and usage of adult learning theory
Demonstrates strong PC skills to assist with LMS troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree required as well as
Two (2) year in one of the two areas
LMS Administration
E-Learning Design experience
OR
Four (4) years of Corporate Training experience with 2 years in LMS Administration or 2 years in E-learning design
Any training certifications preferred
Course development software experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
