# Correspondence Clerk (Spanish Fork, UT)
This job involves regular and recurring work situations of low levels of complexity. The individual in this position must be detail oriented and have a high level of patience in dealing with high volume of mail and paperwork. This position operates from general guidelines and directions; the individual will receive a moderate level of supervision.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Double check each document that it has been scanned and attached properly.
Shred all documents that are scanned and checked.
Sort incoming mail, note it, and deliver to correct department.
This is a full time, seasonal position.
Required Skills:
Office experience preferred
Ability to identify problems and errors and to access and resolve issues
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to exercise judgment to employ alternative solutions when appropriate and authorized.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be able to develop and maintain working relationships with co-workers and management.
Must be able to communicate effectively with other departments
Required
Experience:
Working knowledge of PC''s with intermediate keyboard skills; Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone
High school education or equivalent.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
