Scope of Position: To execute through administration, technical and management techniques assigned projects to ensure the successful completion, on time and within allocated budget.

Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.Maintain close liaison with clients to resolve all project questions, such as, but not limited to, technical requirements, completion requirements and billing inquiries.
2.Review with manager all project changes, pending or anticipated alterations to the contract, additional work requests, and all other factors, which may significantly affect staffing requirements or budget.
3.Supervise work of all project personnel to ensure that it meets the highest professional standards.
4.Coordinate with other internal departments to meet project requirements.
5.Define the scope of assigned projects and develop plan to accomplish projects. Monitor progress toward deliverable schedules. Compile project status reports.
6.Review job cost sheets and prepare monthly billings. Ensure assigned projects stay within budget allocation.
7.Assist manager with the collection of outstanding monies due from assigned clients.
8.As requested by manager, participate in and formulate marketing presentations and attend marketing meetings.
9.Assist manager in securing repeat business from existing clients and identifying new clients.

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2.Registered professional in related field in CO.
3.Minimum of 6-12 years Engineering and related project management experience.
4.Ability to manage multiple projects and project teams.
5.Thorough understanding of financial principles.
6.Excellent organization and communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
