_POSITION SUMMARY_

The incumbent shall be responsible for providing transport of patients to and from therapy and other activities,
assistance in maintaining treatment areas, and conducting clerical tasks in an interdisciplinary environment
consistent with professional practices and ethical standards. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity
enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. May be assigned as Therapy aide coordinator. Other duties as assigned.
_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES_

The incumbent shall be a high school graduate or equivalent., able to read, excellent interpersonal skills, good
communication skills, interest in health care setting with adult, geriatric, and people with physical disabilities is desirable. Demonstrate the ability to interact with patients/families with consideration to their age, religion, cultural background, developmental level and emotional status.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
