## Job Detail
Stocks and prepares food items for all designated service areas. Prepares food items in advance and to order as required. Plans, prepares and serves all daily specials as requested. Shares customer feedback with supervisor and offers menu suggestions and other ideas for service improvement, increased customer satisfaction and increased sales. Assists team members as needed to complete their duties.
In addition cleans, sanitizes and maintains neat and orderly work areas. Plans and performs a variety of operations to prepare and cook various main courses and special food stuffs for hospital patients and for cafeteria food services. Responsible for keeping all preparation areas clean and other duties as assigned.
Supports the grill and deli services for the hospital cafe.
