Assured Command and Control (AC2) IT Portfolio Support in support of N2/N6 Information Dominance: The Analyst shall provide requirements Support for Navy's Enterprise Initiatives portfolio of emerging programs, systems, and capabilities. The type of work to be accomplished is requirements support for budgeting, compliance, programming, and cost modeling / estimating support for AC2 IT programs, projects to include:
Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN). Requires an SCI clearance.
Telephony. This requirement involves support for the Navy's telephony programs, both current and future capabilities. This task includes both the manpower to manage telephony and the supporting infrastructure. Specific programs in this area include : Telephony: and Base Communications Office (BCO).
Mobility. This requirement includes mobile phone, air card, and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) services, capabilities, pilots and BCAs.
Unified Capabilities (UC). This requirement includes a broad set of voice-, video-, and joint-sharing capabilities to enable joint collaboration among the military services, combatant commands, and defense agencies. Also includes IP-based solutions that will enable Navy users to collaborate via instant messaging, chat, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities. VTC support also involves transition from legacy ISDN to IP networking.
Provide resource identification, tracking, and integration support services to ensure Fleet and Requirements Officer (RO) budget priorities and objectives are fully articulated. Budgets must be synchronized with and leveraged across all AC2 IT programs. Prepare budget related briefings, spreadsheets and point papers on a wide array of topics in preparation for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) activities and Offset Drills.
Required
Experience:
Must have active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
7 years of relevant professional experience in at least one or more of the following areas: Programmatic experience with OPNAV requirements office or Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Office, Familiarity with Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Enterprise Data Center Consolidation (DCC), Enterprise Software Licensing (ESL), and other Enterprise Initiatives related to these programs within the OPNAV N2N6F11 Branch (Navy Networks) and DoD industry experience with related programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to prepare and present program information or recommendation briefs.
