Description:
Spurwink Services Lewiston program is seeking a part-time respite candidate to work in one of our Lewiston residential houses. The position requires the employee to workevery other week from 2pm on Friday until 9am on Monday. The weekend respite staff are respite staff are responsible for providing care for adolescents with varied and severe emotional, behavioral, and/or developmental challenges, as well as maintaining the structured and nurturing environment of the home.
Duties:
Supporting clients to reach goals as identified on their individual service plans; managing a safe and nurturing milieu; completing required documentation; and providing enrichment through a variety of structured activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and clean driving history for 3 years required.
