Responsibilities
Our client is a global chemical manufacturer committed to quality, safety and the environment. Their growth from smart acquisitions and innovations has enabled them to provide valued products and services to consumers around the world. Responsibilities for this position include:
o Available due to an internal promotion reporting to plant management and will be responsible for production, production scheduling, meeting cost targets, continuous improvement, keeping an eye on labor costs and directly supervising a salaried staff of 8-10 and 80
hourly.
o Additionally, will serve as a Go To person for another small facility traveling one to two times per year to visit.

Requirements
o A B. S. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with a minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory role in a chemical plant
o Batch processing.
o Strong leadership skills, enjoy working with all levels in a fast paced environment.
o Located in a very family-oriented rural setting yet close enough to drive to a metro area. Louisville is about an hour away.
o US citizen or green card holder and a stable work history.
REQNUMBER: 1474Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
