Responsible for managing the production department for a particular shift.
Lead and develop associates in accordance with the corporate vision.
Answer phones and handle customer calls.
Ensure staff is meeting processing requirements.
Perform closing procedures.
Order supplies for processing floor.
Guarantee checks within dollar limits.
Update and distribute account procedures.
Train and assist less experienced assigned staff.
Handle routine operational problems in absence of supervisor.
Monitor department production and quality standards.
Assist Work Leader in running the processing floor and assignment of accounts.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Work in production when necessary.
Must be able to perform all Utility duties. Experience in all aspects of Lockbox processing.
High School diploma.
Must have strong PC skills and ability to operate alphabetical/numeric keyboards.
Ability to perform 10-Key by Touch.
Ability to operate all departmental equipment.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Must be flexible and work well in a team environment.
Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills.
Must have good problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
