KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily responsibilities include extensive management of executive's calendars, scheduling simple to complex meetings, overseeing special projects, and managing travel arrangements (heavy international travel)
Screens incoming emails of the executive, routing for action and follow-up when required
Timely and thorough preparation and review of expense reports
Prepare senior executive and Board audience-quality PowerPoint presentations when needed
Compliance Tracking and follow up for team (ldps, code of conduct and other required training)
New hire and contractor on-boarding as well as coordinate candidate interview schedules and visits
Provides out of office coverage for Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of an Associate's degree desired but not required.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in an administrative position, 7 +of those years supporting a senior level executive and experience dealing with international travel arrangements
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook (extensive), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Visio and SharePoint a plus
Exceptional organization and follow-up skills with extreme attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong judgment and discretion in dealing with highly confidential information.
Ability to function in a dynamic, fast paced environment, be detail oriented, manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and follow up on assignments, be customer service focused and work independently
Collaborative team player with proactive approach.
The ability to work overtime or flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and changing priorties

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
