Controller for a growing Commercial Real Estate company.

Currently working with a growing established Real Estate Investment Company that focuses in Commerical Real Estate and they are currently looking for a Controller to support the team including an Accounting Manager and several Senior and Staff Accountants. The position will be involved managing both portfolio level accounting, financial reporting and the day-to-day property accounting. Qualified candidates will have 4
years of real estate accounting experience and 7

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Reviews financial statements on Tax, GAAP and/or Fair Value basis accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate entities and properties.
Review and validate transactions and identify potential accounting and/or financial issues.
Review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
Participate in overall consolidation of financial statements.
Monitor financial progress of development and renovation budgets.
Provide guidance and supervision over A/P and A/R team members.
Involve with cash management and controls.
Manages preparation of interim and yearend audit materials.
Reviews tax reporting packages for timely delivery to the Company's tax preparers.
Maintain high level of internal control to safeguard assets.
Understand property and company operations.
Assist in projects requested by senior management
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
