Wireless Construction Supervisor, New England Division
(CT, MA, ME, NH, RI & VT)
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, New England Division the Construction Supervisor will be responsible for the construction, installation, safety and quality of assigned tower sites.
Leads crew and reports daily progress to the foreman/Director of Business Development/Sub-contractors
Understand and acquire all needed material for crews and sub-contractors
Manage/construct tower and rooftop sites per construction drawings
Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all sites and with the crew
Collect and submit closeout documentation
Basic ground labor and tower work including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas, mounting hardware, installing fiber and DC, weatherproofing, grounding, testing and optimizing antennas
Install, connect, and test grounding systems
Job Requirements:
o At least 5 years' experience in Construction in the telecommunications industry
o Well -developed communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
o Highly experienced in Microsoft Office
o Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
o Experience with working with major carriers- T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and SprintEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
