Job
Summary: This is a professional position with primary responsibility for CRM and ERP systems support, application/system analysis and design and end-user interaction.
Essential Functions:

o Leading, coordinating and defining business processes and how they interact with key corporate systems by researching, analyzing and documenting existing and desired system and business requirements
o Working with users and IT to document and support SDLC methodology in transition of IT requests to project fulfillment
o Work with customer to identify business requirements - evaluate and translate into technical specifications
o Assist with coordinating and managing plan, design and testing phases of web development
o Interface with other functional groups on issues related to corporate systems (CRM, ERP, SharePoint, workflow)
o Communicate plan, progress, and issues in a timely manner
o Align software change requests with business objectives, in compliance with the change control process
o Consulting support for application issues and opportunities in production environment

Additional
Responsibilities:

o May serve as a project manager, for smaller projects/engagements as required
o A broad knowledge of the overall design, function, and characteristics of the systems architecture, database design and development. This includes knowledge of computer hardware, systems software, application software and debugging techniques needed to develop and maintain the financial applications
o Ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner
o Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement

Skills/Experience Required:

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required, practical experience in lieu of education is acceptable
o 2
years business and systems analysis experience

o Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
o CRM and ERP application systems experience a must
o Working knowledge of MS operating systems and applications
o Ability to work in dynamic environment

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
