UI UX Web Developer

Our client located in Hillsborough NJ --OR-- NYC is seeking a Web Designer/Developer for an immediate contract opportunity.
This job requires advanced web design experience; there will be very little hand holding when it comes to getting the job done. Our interactive team members love to solve problems and find solutions to questions, if you think you are capable of joining their ranks, this job is for you.
On a day to day basis our designers will work closely with creative directors to help create concepts, work closely with both web and mobile developers to create wireframes, and will have a voice in the user experience of whatever project they are working on.
Possible projects will include static banner advertisements and fairly basic HTML emails, to responsive+parallax websites, web applications, and large complex CMS driven mobile applications.

You have between 1-3 years of Interactive Design experience
You can design and have front-end development experience
You are constantly learning more about UX and UI
Our ideal candidate:
Can lead creative meetings regarding UX and UI
Can handle the creation of high fidelity wireframes
Can handle creation of style tiles, mood boards, or other creative project deliverables
Has evolving working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS
Has a strong desire to learn how to properly design for new canvases (iOS, Android, etc.)
All members of our Interactive team are required to have the following general knowledge:
Proficient knowledge of tools of the trade.
Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
Code tools: Sublime Text, PhpStorm, Xcode, etc.
Understanding of version control (GIT)
Working knowledge of the Command Line Interface (iTerm)
Note: we do not expect everyone to be an expert in everything, but none of these technologies should be foreign to you.
