SOA Web Integration Lead Summary
The SOA Web Integration lead will be part of the part of Web Services development team supporting and developing in a middleware environment.

Must have the technical expertise identified below along with the ability to provide strategic solutions when there are technical challenges presented or identified. This role is a combination of someone who is a strategic thinker with excellent communications skills and technically savvy.
Responsible for representing the Information Management and Development group in projects relating to data repositories and report generation across all lines of business. Be involved in discussions regarding modifications existing environments and the establishment of new systems. Prior experience in analysis tools to query data repositories and/or generate reports is required to enable working with 3rd party vendors and other in-house IT groups.
Responsibilities will include translating business requirements into an actionable reporting/data repository implementations. Such functions would include working alongside the other Information Management and Development subgroups during a project?s inception to help ensure the physical design meets the functional and performance requirements of the end-user application.
Will leverage major information architecture platforms and the experience of the Information Management & Development group to apply the best alternatives for a reporting/data repository solution.
By maintaining current awareness of strategic reporting and information platforms in the marketplace, he/she will identify capabilities and features of each project solution and translate those through documentation and communication with the Information Management & Development group as well as the rest of Information Technology.
Must be comfortable discussing information architecture concepts, disciplines and practices as they relate to reporting and data repositories. He/she will help to define and promote best practices on information architecture and reporting management. He/she should be able to apply business and application knowledge to understand the overall reporting/data model to ensure its appropriate placement within the IT infrastructure.
On Rotation production support: 6 weeks rotation (will carry a blackberry). This group is an escalation point.
SOA Web Integration Mandatory Skills
-Understanding of UML and IDE (Eclipse preferred).
-Experience in JEE (Websphere) in a SOA context 6 yrs
-Experience with SOA testing 6 yrs
-Experience with Web Services, SOAP, JAX-WS 6 yrs
-Hands on experience in XML, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JAXP, JAXB, SOAP, Web Services, & Messaging Queues 6 yrs
-Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design, implementation, maintenance and SOA 6 yrs
-Relationship Management 6 yrs
-MS Office 6 yrs
