Responsibilities:
Perform the functions of an Auto Line Operator through a Human-Machine Interaction (HMI) screen, including, but not limited to, following the daily schedule, interpreting the BOM and troubleshooting as required.
Use either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes.
Inspect equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems.
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Accurately complete daily production and scrap reporting.
Use hands and arms to handle, install, position and move materials to accurately manage materials to and from the line.
Conduct periodic quality checks.
Identify issues that may prevent maximum machine productivity and product quality expectations by completing the daily checklist and recording information such as pressure settings, glue and paint application checks.
Perform adjustments as necessary to machine settings used within the process.
Complete routine maintenance of equipment.
Coordinate the work of associates performing operations that follow the auto line process.
Report to the line leader any barriers to the production or quality of performance.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure proper execution of required tasks.
Qualifications:

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent GED.
Prior automated line experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Basic computer skills and operation is a plus.
